2021 Grant Applications
The Oral Health Foundation of the Pierre Fauchard Academy will be accepting Grant Applications March 1 - June 1, 2021 for projects to be completed in 2022.
Since 1995, the Foundation has supported over 675 grants and $4,800,000 towards helping hundreds of thousands of people worldwide. Grants are funded through generous donations received from Fellows and friends of the PFA, memorials, corporate and private sources.
Although the Foundation remains flexible enough to consider innovative projects in all areas of oral health, it does place special emphasis on programs that increase access and provide care to the deserving but inadequately served public. Emphasis for funding will be given to those worthy grant applications where the Foundation support will have the greatest impact on the success of the program supported by the grant.
Grants are awarded up to the following amounts:
$5,000 (US dollars) for Pierre Fauchard Academy Section programs under the Section’s control and in which a significant number of Fellows participate.
$10,000 (US dollars) for service projects that provide increased access to dental care for the public in need.
Only non-profit 501(c)(3), tax-exempt organizations are eligible to receive Foundation funding.
